Importance of Reviews
A review increases the quality of the software product, reduces rework and ambiguous efforts, reduces testing and defines test parameters, and is a repeatable and predictable process. It is an effective method in finding defects and discrepancies; it increases the reliability of the delivered product, impacts the schedule in a positive manner, and reduces the development costs.
