Change control is a process used to manage the changes that occur after a system is implemented, so that the changes to a product or system are introduced in a controlled and coordinated way.

Change Control helps you understand when it is acceptable to introduce changes and when it is not. Whenever any problem occurs it helps you with the log of changes to assist you in the troubleshooting process.
